Upon execution of your Build Agreement, a Peak-to-Peak project manager will be appointed the single point of contact for your project. Your project manager will use project management techniques endorsed by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and software tools, such as Microsoft Project, to ensure that your project runs smoothly.

The tasks needed to complete your project and an approximate timeline for the completion of those tasks were determined during the Engineering Phase of your project. Your project manager will work with your builder and the other professionals on your project to continually update this schedule, coordinate project logistics and manage our personnel.
